Conditions
We are part of the non-profit organisation KI|E|RO Solutions based in Switzerland with the goal of helping you migrate to DACH countries.
The employer which gives you the job will pay you the year salary amount we agree upon. On top, they will cover the relocation costs with a success-based bonus, a service contribution is deducted from your first year's salary.
Once all is paid, you feel a pay-raise of approx. 20%.
In Germany better conditions apply than in Switzerland in regards to further financial bonuses.

Currently we only offer relocation and job placement services towards these countries.
A university degree helps, but is is not a requirement to join.

German language
It is compulsory to enroll in a German language course from KI|E|RO Solutions Switzerland or any other language school of at least 20 hours per week. If you speak German B2 or more, different terms apply.

Sure, we also have this option. Your chances of getting a job are much lower but we can offer you to publish your situation on our website and thei way we inform employers that you are willing to migrate, but cannot afford it and maybe they are willing to cover these costs.

Intensively, affordably, and from anywhere.
A few years ago, the German government and the Goethe-Institut launched the so-called "Integrationskurs" — an intensive German language course designed to help newcomers quickly learn German and begin living and working in Germany.
The program runs from Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week, in groups of up to 20 participants. The official rate was set at €4.53 per hour, reduced to €2.23 per hour for EU citizens residing in Germany, asylum seekers, or people receiving social assistance. However, participation is limited to those with authorization from BAMF and only available on-site in Germany.

Our service begins from the moment you enroll in the German course. We advise you on immigration issues, career development, contract review, and more. In addition, we continue to accompany you during your relocation process and up to 6 months after your arrival in Germany or Switzerland. We have seen in other experiences that many people returned to their country because they lacked guidance in cultural integration. That is precisely why our company was born: to ensure that you arrive, adapt, and live happily.
Yes. But only for our clients. If you participate in our franchise plan, you can recommend our services to friends or on social media groups. Each customer who signs up with your code will generate a direct discount on milestone fees.
No, but we do have a European plan that can help you move to Germany or Switzerland legally with support from the European Union. Although this is a process you could manage on your own, we help you do it and only charge fees per milestone reached, equivalent to 50% of what you receive in your first month. With this assistance, you will be able to receive your salary for 5 months in Germany or Switzerland while you learn German and look for a job.
Yes. If you stay to work in Germany, you can deduct all or part of our fees from an existing German programme. We will advise you throughout the process. That way, all you invest, you can get it back.
In that case, you don't owe us anything, since we weren't the ones who achieved the milestone, despite providing you with our ongoing advice. However, we would love for you to stay in touch with us in such a situation: you can recommend us to your friends, support us on social media, or sign up for our passive job offers service, so you can receive new job opportunities while you work. If a better opportunity than the one you have comes up, you can change.
